Application

For Stamped Concrete Flooring System: after the application of STONECRETE Colour Hardener on the concrete surface and when the laid concrete reaches its plastic state, we apply the STONECRETE Liquid Release by spraying on the concrete surface, in the direct area from which the stamping will begin - do not spray the entire concrete surface at once as in large area there is the possibility of the evaporation of the product before the beginning of the stamping procedure. It must get evenly sprayed on the concrete surface, on one coat, followed immediately by the application of STONECRETE Elastic Moulds on the concrete surface in order for the stamping procedure to begin. For better results spray a small quantity on the surface of the STONECRETE Elastic Moulds. Repeat the procedure to the remaing area of the concrete surface. The applied quantity of the Liquid Release on the Elastic Mould surface must be renewed after every 2-3 times of its application on the concrete surface, For Stamped Plaster Technology and in cases of stamping in indoor spaces where we wish to minimize any staining from the construction works, after covering the vertical surface with the STONECRETE Plaster mix and when it reaches its plastic state, we apply the STONECRETE Liquid Release on the surface of the chosen STONECRETE Elastic Mould. The product can be applied on the Elastic Mould by controlled spraying or by brush. Subsequently, the Elastic Mould is being applied on the Plaster surface and the stamping procedure begins. The applied quantity of the Liquid Release on the Elastic Mould surface must be renewed after every 2-3 times of its application on the Plaster surface.
